I designed this collection of whimsical Prize Ribbon Rosettes out of my love for gift giving & pretty presentation.
Each 12" Prize Ribbon has 3 streamers, pleated & looped layered rosettes, and a golden sentiment embossed on the center streamer. The backs are complete with a pin, making it a snap to attach to a present, a party favor gift bag, the Birthday Girl's cardigan,
